My wife's sister keeps complaining that she wants to stay in a better shape and says that she needs to start exercising. I hear that at least once a month. I've been telling her that it's a lot easier to control your weight by eating high fat low carb than by exercising. I've tried exercising route many times in my life and each time I stopped exercising for whatever reason, be it that I didn't have time, I got sick or my knee started bothering me, the weight that I lost, started coming back.

Not only that, but she's seen what I eat and how it helps me control my weight and you know what she says? She says that she can't eat HFLC because she can't live without carbs, especially pasta.

Everybody makes their own choices in life especially in regards to what you choose to eat. What you choose to eat though affects what you look like, how you feel and how healthy you are. Even though I originally thought that I can't live without bread because it was my main food source, I've made my choice over 2 years ago to try eating LCHF. After seeing the results, I've chosen to make it my lifestyle and not just some diet that I'll stop sometime in the future and go back to eating whatever I was eating before.

What are the foods that you think you can't live without and why do you think that you can't live without them?
