Yesterday was Sunday and I decided to photographed the food that I ate. Here it is:

In the morning: 20 oz coffee with plenty of heavy cream.
Around 11:00 AM: Scrambled eggs with broccoli, onion on butter. Bacon and cream cheese on the side.
In the afternoon: 20 oz coffee with heavy cream.
Around 5:00 PM: Ribs with cauliflower and beets.
In the evening: 20 oz coffee with heavy cream.

I also had 2 bottles of water somewhere in there and ate a kiwi after dinner which I forgot to take a picture of. Also, the picture above includes only one of my coffees but I multiplied it by 3.

How many calories was that? I don't know. I don't count calories and that's the beauty of eating high fat low carb. You don't have to. You eat when you're hungry, as much as you want until you're satisfied and you don't eat when you're not hungry.

I don't have pictures, but this is what I used to eat before high fat low carb:

In the morning: Sandwich or 2 with some meat, maybe cheese and some vegetables.
Late morning: tea with sugar, granola bar or power bar and apple or some other fruit
Lunch: Another sandwich again with some meat and vegetables
Afternoon: Some fruit and possibly another granola bar. Coffee or 2 with milk and sugar.
Dinner: Usually some meat (as little fat on it as possible), potatoes and some vegetables
After dinner: Some fruit, snack or something else sweet. Possibly coffee with milk and sugar.
Evening: Sandwich and/or some other "healthy" snacks.

I ate those snacks in between breakfast/lunch/dinner because I was hungry, I though they were healthy for me and I subscribed to the idea that you should eat 5-6 times a day. Now most days I eat twice a day plus coffee with heavy cream in between and I don't get hungry between meals.
