Recently, I've read Dr. Jason Fung's blog series about fasting that starts here:
https://intensivedietary...asting-a-history-part-i/

and a few weeks ago I did my first experiment with fasting for more than 24 hours:

It definitely makes sense that most carnivores such as wolves and lions can do fine by only eating several times a week or even several times a month. Humans seem to have evolved in the same way. We can do fine without food for a while followed by a period of feasting after that therefore feast and fast.

I'm planning on doing some more experiments myself with longer fasting but I'm currently doing another experiment with adding exercise to my high fat low carb diet to see how it will affect my body and I don't want to make multiple changes at the same time.

What are your thoughts on feasting followed by fasting?
