Hello😊

To Robert and others that have found success with HFLC what are some must have food items should a newbie purchase?

Also, are frozen veggies okay to use?

HELP!!! I'm going to the store very soon😊😊

Thanks in advance.

Hi Patti,

Sorry, I haven't seen this until now. Until you came along, I've been talking to myself and that was getting boring. I guess you have to start somewhere.

For me, must have items include:

  • Eggs
  • Butter
  • Bacon or other meat that I can add to my scrambled eggs
  • Broccoli
  • Meat or fish for dinner (mostly meat for me)
  • Other vegetables such as cauliflower, onion, kale for salad
  • Avocado
  • Heavy cream for coffee and salads
  • Nuts for snacking
  • Cheese as high fat as I can get

That's probably over 80% of what I eat.

I prefer fresh vegetables but frozen ones work great too.
