I saw this quote on twitter today that's attributed to Prof. Timothy Noakes that states: Quote:If you have to exercise to regulate your weight your diet is wrong and I couldn't agree more. I used to do exactly that: exercise to control my weight. Every time I stopped exercising, the weight would slowly start coming back. Once I started eating high fat low carb, I didn't need to exercise anymore to control my weight. What I chose to eat was able to easily keep my weight under control. |
