Eating low carb high fat has been part of my daily routine for a while now so I don't need to set goals for that, but here are my other goals for this coming week:

1. Take pictures of everything I eat for 7 days and post it on the forum. When I first started eating high fat low carb, it was hard to come up with things to eat. Hopefully seeing a full week of what somebody actually eats will help people who are starting out or struggling with LCHF.

2. Work out 4 times this week. When I put together pictures for my success story from before LCHF and after, I was surprised to see what it did for my body. The first picture was just before I stared working out (one of those times when my weight started approaching 200 lbs) and the second picture was after 2 months of doing hardcore Insanity workouts. Since I took a picture just recently after eating LCHF for over 2 years with little exercise, I want to add another picture... LCHF and 1 or 2 months of working out. This should motivate me to actually find the time and exercise.

I'm happy to report that I accomplished both of my goals. Pictures of what I ate the entire week are here:
One week of what I ate in pictures

I also was able to work out 4 times: twice on elliptical machine and twice doing 30 minutes of strength exercises.
